Though they may have little expertise on the issue, corporate attorneys often receive inquiries from company executives about estate planning. With this in mind, the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America this month will present Monthly CLE: Estate Planning.
The program will take place on Thursday, June 17 from noon to 1 p.m. at a location still to be announced.
The session will provide attendees with a brief synopsis of the basics of estate planning and a list of resources about which they can make executives aware.
The speaker will be Philip Sullivan of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps.
