The firm of Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross P.C. last month presented a CLE seminar titled How to Identify and Protect Your Company's Intellectual Property, a session aimed at showing corporate attorneys how to protect what has been described as a company's most valuable asset.
The session took place on April 22 at the Sills Cummis offices, One Riverfront Plaza, Newark, NJ.
The speakers were Marc S. Friedman, chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group; Jeffrey Barton, a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, and Joel N. Bock, of counsel with the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
