Program Will Review Healthcare Developments

Significant changes and developments in healthcare laws will be the focus this month of a CLE seminar titled Healthcare Transactions 2005 planned by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE).

The program will take place on Saturday, March 12 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, Ryders Lane Exit off Route One, New Brunswick, NJ.

This timely program will address the status of laws affecting physicians, and discuss the issues that arise when handling transactions involving medical groups. The program will be of particular interest to attorneys who represent physicians, physician groups or related healthcare entities in their corporate practice.

Neil L. Prupis, Lampf, Lipkind, Prupis & Petigrow, will serve as program moderator. Among other speakers are John D. Fanberg and Mark E. Manigan, WolfBlock Brach Eisler, and Michael F. Schaff, Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer.
