The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled The Ins and Outs of DIP Financing.
The program will take place on Tuesday, February 13 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at The Bankers Club, 555 California Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
Discussion topics will include: economic and other considerations in choosing a lender; tensions between debtors and lenders over contract provisions; how local rules and case law affect court approval of DIP loans, and the impact of lender inter-creditor agreements.
Speakers will be Brad Sharp, senior vice president, Development Specialists, Inc.; Robert Greenfield, Stutman, Treister & Glatt, and Bill Brody, Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger.
