Program Focus: Shareholder IssuesIn Closely Held Corporations

The Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Key Issues Involved With Employee-Shareholders in the Closely Held Corporation.

The program will take place on Thursday, May 18 from noon to 2 p.m. at the MBA Conference Center, 20 West Street, Boston.

This luncheon will explore the legal framework, from both the employment and corporate viewpoint, relative to parties' duties and obligations involving employees who own shares in closely held corporations.

The featured speaker will be James C. Donnelly Jr., Mirick, O'Connell, DeMallie & Lougee LLP.
