The San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Reducing Exposure to Intellectual Property Disputes in Business Arrangements.
The program will take place on Thursday, October 19 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the offices of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP, 401 B Street, Suite 1700, San Diego, CA.
This program will identify intellectual property risk areas and will present practical tips for reducing exposure to IP disputes while doing business with others.
The featured speaker will be Randy Kay, a DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary partner.
