The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Choice of Entity.
The program will take place on Friday, May 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Receptions Conference Center North, 5975 Boymel Drive, Cincinnati. Registration begins at 8 a.m.
The featured speaker will be Bruce D. Bernard, Rea & Associates, Inc. His presentation topics will include the legal, management and tax issues affecting the choice of entity, together with self-employment and tax considerations.
