° The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (NY ACCA), the Committee on Pro Bono and Legal Services of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the City Bar Fund this month are co-sponsoring a seminar titled Pro Bono Opportunities 2004.
The session will take place on Wednesday, February 25 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.
Representatives from a diverse group of legal service providers will be on hand to provide information about opportunities for all lawyers to perform pro bono and other service work.
There will be a 90-minute presentation on ethical issues that arise in pro bono work. This program will be followed by remarks by New York State Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye.
