Massachusetts CLE (MCLE) this month is planning a seminar titled Private Equity and Venture Capital Financing.
The program will take place on Monday, August 9 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Attendees will learn how venture capital firms and private investors structure and negotiate their investments; what are the key business terms of a venture capital and private financing; what principal documents are used for venture capital financing and private equity financing and what purpose they serve.
