PLI Seminar Will ExamineNew Corporate Governance Developments

Practising Law Institute will present its Fourth Annual Directors' Institute on Corporate Governance this month as both a live program at the PLI New York Center and via live webcast.

The program will take place September 25 and 26 at the PLI Conference Center, 810 Seventh Avenue, New York City, and is an ISS-Accredited Director Education Program.

Program Chair Ira M. Millstein, senior partner, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and senior associate dean for corporate governance, Yale School of Management, and program co-chairs Betsy S. Atkins, chief executive officer, Baja LLC, and Richard H. Koppes, of counsel, Jones Day, have assembled a faculty of prominent corporate directors, lawyers, and business leaders to discuss:
