PBI To Present 'Ethics Potpourri'



The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) will again present its Ethics Potpourri program this month.


Three morning sessions will be presented on Tuesday, April 13 at a half-day program at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA.


Six sessions are planned for Thursday, April 22 in a full-day program at The Conference Center at Mellon, 501 Grant Street, Pittsburgh.


Six sessions also are scheduled for Friday, April 30 in a full-day program at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia.


At the morning sessions:


the Hon. Mason Avrigian, Wisler, Pearlstine, Talone, Craig, Garrity & Potash; Harry Hiscox, Hiscox & Musto, and Mitchell W. Miller, Miller Turetsky Rule & McLennan, will discuss Mentorship;


Kevin M. French, Hartman Underhill & Brubaker LLP, and Thomas G. Wilkinson, Cozen O'Connor, will offer PBA Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee Update;


Gene E.K. Pratter, Duane Morris LLP, will cover Has Day-to-Day Multi-Jurisdictional Practice Really Become Any Easier?


At the afternoon sessions:


Lisa W. Clark, Duane Morris, will examine HIPAA and Ethics;


Diana S. Donaldson, Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, will review Depositions: Ethical Considerations;


Kenneth J. Hagreen, Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers of Pennsylvania, Inc., will present Mirage - Revisited, a film that depicts an attorney dealing with alcoholism and prescription drug abuse.
