The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) this month will present a CLE seminar titled Gain the Edge! Negotiation Strategies for Lawyers and Business Professionals in three locations across the state.
Programs will take place on Wednesday, April 26 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia; on Thursday, April 27 at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA, and on Friday, April 28 at the Omni William Penn, 530 William Penn Place, Pittsburgh. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The featured speaker is Martin E. Latz, founder of the Latz Negotiation Institute and an adjunct professor of negotiation at the Arizona State University College of Law.
Mr. Latz will discuss his Golden Rules of Negotiation, outline negotiations strategies, supervise negotiation simulations, analyze the simulations, and lead a discussion of negotiation ethics.
