PBI Plans Internet Law Program

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) this month has scheduled the 2006 edition of its Internet Law Update, the tenth year that the program has been presented.

Sessions will take place on Monday, April 24 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia, and on Thursday, April 27 at the Omni William Penn, 530 William Penn Place, Pittsburgh.

Discussion topics will include: Commerce On-line; IP Issues; Privacy; On-line Communications: First Amendment & Sex and the Internet; Ethical Issues: Protecting Your Clients and Their Information; Advertising, and What the Future Will Hold.

The course planners are Lynn J. Alstadt, Buchanan Ingersoll, P.C., and Frederic M. Wilf, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Among the speakers will be Dorothy M. Bollinger, Fox Rothschild LLP; Corey Field, Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP; Christian J. Helbing, PNC Financial Services Group, and Kevin Kuzas, Comcast Cable Communications.
