The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month will present a CLE seminar titled Supreme Court Year in Review in two locations.
The programs will take place on Friday, December 3 at the OSBA office, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH, and on Friday, December 17 at the Forum Conference Center, East 9th and St. Clair streets, Cleveland. Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with registration starting at 8 a.m.
This course will analyze the important decisions of the Ohio and the U.S. Supreme Court for 2004, discussing their implications for the Ohio practitioner.
Speakers in Columbus will be Chad A. Readler, Jones Day, and the Hon. John F. Bender, Franklin County Common Pleas Court. The speakers in Cleveland will be Irene Keyse-Walker, Tucker, Ellis & West, and the Hon. Janet R. Burnside, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
