OSBA To Give Course For Those Advising Corporate Directors & Officers

The Ohio State Bar Association CLE Institute will offer a course called Advising Corporate Directors & Officers at three locations in the next few weeks.

The course will be given on Thursday, April 6 in Cincinnati/Fairfield at the Receptions Concert Center North, 5975 Boymel Drive; on Thursday, April 13 in Cleveland, at The Forum, One Cleveland Center, E. 9th & St. Clair streets; and on Thursday, April 27 in Columbus at the Ohio State Bar Association, 1700 Lake Shore Drive. At each location, registration begins at 8 a.m. and the course runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Among the topics are: Duties of Directors and Officers under Ohio Law; Liabilities under State and Federal Laws; Indemnification of Directors and Officers under Ohio Law; The Role of In-House Counsel; Non-Profit Corporations and Positioning Your Company for IP Litigation.
