OSBA Seminar Aimed At AttorneysWho Advise Small Businesses

The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) on Wednesday, March 22 will present an intermediate level CLE seminar titled Advising the Small-Business Client.

The course will cover topics that include: Selecting the Form of Entity; Exit Strategies: Winding Up/ Dissolution/Selling; Internal Disputes; Intellectual Property Issues, and Employment-Related Problems.

Speakers at the day-long session will be Bruce D. Bernard, Rea Strategic Solutions; Rick L. Brunner, The Brunner Firm Co. LPA; Todd W. Collis, Collis, Smiles & Collis LLC, and Pamela S. Krivda, Krivda Law Offices LLC.

The program will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the OSBA headquarters, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH. Registration will begin at 8 a.m.
