The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month will present a CLE seminar titled Advanced Mediation Skills in three locations across the state.
Programs will take place on Wednesday, May 17 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH; on Wednesday, May 24 at the Receptions Conference Center North, 5975 Boymel Drive, Cincinnati, and on Wednesday, May 31 at the Forum Conference Center, East 9th and St. Clair streets, Cleveland. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
The featured speaker will be Diane L. Alexander, president of The Mindworks, Inc. She will address topics including Understanding How We Process Information, Understanding and Preventing Conflicts, and Reaching a Resolution and Implementing It. She also will present a mediation case simulation.
