'On Appeal: IP, Media ccoh



The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (NY ACCA) and the firm of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler LLP this month are planning a CLE seminar titled On Appeal: IP, Media and Products Liability.

The program will take place on Wednesday, February 11 from noon to 2:30 p.m. at the Righa Royal Hotel, West 54th Street, New York City.

The program will be presented by partners of the Appellate Practice Group of Patterson Belknap. Thomas C. Morrison will welcome and introduce guests and discuss the topic, Victoria's Secret: The Supreme Court's Dilution of the Federal Dilution Act. Paul G. Gardephe, former deputy general counsel of Time Inc., will talk on State Farm and Punitive Damages: Paper Tiger? Robert P. LoBue's topic is Talk Show Torts. John D. Winter will discuss Protection of Trade Secrets in Product Liability Cases.
