NYSBA Corporate Counsel Section Plans Annual Ethics Program



The Corporate Counsel Section of the New York State Bar Association will hold its annual Ethics Program on Friday, October 29 at the Great Hall of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

A panel of experts will explore hypotheticals raising issues that regularly confront in-house counsel in everyday practice, particularly in light of recently enacted and proposed legislation and regulation. The panel will also discuss recent cases and other materials.

The panel includes Michael S. Ross, the Law Offices of Michael Ross; Andral N. Bratton, deputy chief counsel, Departmental Disciplinary Committee, Appellate Division, First Department, and Anthony E. Davis, Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP.

Registration for the program will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the program will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
