The New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA) this month is planning a video replay of a CLE program titled Hot Topics in Legal Ethics: Recent Developments of Interest to the New York Lawyer.
The session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 19 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.
While most attorneys are passionate about representing their clients to the fullest extent possible, the line between zealous and overzealous representation often can be blurry. Crossing this line can result in prejudice to a client's case. The panel of speakers will provide an update on the latest developments questions on legal ethics.
Speakers include Celia Goldwag Barenholtz, Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman; Hal R. Lieberman, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, and Ronald Minkoff, Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, PC.
