On Friday, July 29, the New York County Lawyers Association is offering a breakfastand program focusing on Employment Law and Ethics.
It begins at 9:00 and ends at 10:30 a.m. at NYCLA, 14 Vesey Street in Manhattan.
Using a series of hypotheticals, participants will hear from employment law practitioners and noted ethicists about how to deal with the real world ethical issues that confront employment attorneys during everyday practice.
The program chair is Jane B. Jacobs, Klein Zelman Rothermel LLP, and the panelists are David Wirth, Littler Employment Law Solutions; Kathleen Peratis, Outten & Golden LLP; and Lewis Tesser, Tesser, Ryan & Rochman LLP.
