NY ACCA To Present Pair Of Annual Events

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA) this month has scheduled two of its annual events: the Fifth Annual Pro Bono Event: In-House Counsel & Crisis Management Ethics & Beyond on Monday, June 12, and the Second Annual Compliance & Ethics Event on Wednesday, June 21.

The June 12 event, which will take place from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at The Penn Club, 30 West 44th Street, New York City, will feature three ethics-related hypotheticals using last year's Hurricane Katrina as a setting.

At the June 21 event, to take place from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the Friars Club, 57 East 55th Street, New York City, the hypothetical will focus on the general counsel of a New York City-based global energy company who learns of possibly illegal practices at the firm's subsidiaries in China and India.
