The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA) and the firm of Dechert LLP this month are planning a CLE seminar titled Tackling Tough Issues in Trademark and Copyright Law.
The program will take place on Tuesday, June 20 from 9 a.m. to noon at The Rainbow Room, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York City.
Speakers will include Terence A. Dixon, Glenn A. Gundersen and James J. Johnston Jr., all of Dechert, and Kenneth Kwartler, assistant general counsel, Nike Inc.
