The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA) and the firm of Shaw Pittman LLP have scheduled a Software Licensing Seminar for Wednesday,March 16.
This comprehensive program will provide corporate counsel and their clients with an update on the best practices and key issues in software licensing and a review of current issues such as open source licensing and website use licensing.
The seminar also will address licensing issues in corporate mergers and divestitures that often are overlooked.
Speakers for the morning program will be Sol Irvine and Colleen K. Vossler, both of Shaw Pittman.
The program will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Shaw Pittman offices, 335 Madison Avenue, New York City.
