The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (NY ACCA) and JAMS this month will present a roundtable panel discussion titled How to Draft the Perfect ADR Clause for Your Deal.
The program will take place on Thursday, September 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the JAMS offices, 280 Park Avenue, New York City. Registration will begin at 5 p.m.
The program co-moderators are Robert B. Davidson and Sheldon Elsen, both of JAMS. Other speakers are Eli Bard, vice president and deputy general counsel, Marvel Entertainment, Inc; Lawrence W. Newman, Baker & McKenzie, and Steven A. Reiss, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
