NY ACCA And Ford & Harrison PlanCombined CLE Seminar/Benefit

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA) and the firm of Ford & Harrison this month are planning a unique two-hour CLE program and charity benefit titled Fashion Police and the Law: How Far Can Employers Go in Controlling Dress and Appearance?

The event will take place on Wednesday, March 15 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the JP Morgan Chase & Company 11th Floor Conference Room, 270 Park Avenue, New York City.

Attendees will be able to catch up on the ever-evolving law regarding employers' rights to regulate employee dress and appearance, as well as network with other ACC members and give to a worthy cause. The event will benefit Dress for Success and Career Gear, two New York City organizations that provide business attire to men and women for career development and job interviews.

The speakers will be Judith Moldover, Ford & Harrison, and Melissa Gold, vice president and assistant general counsel, JP Morgan Chase & Company.
