The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NEOACCA) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Corporate Governance - in the Courtroom and in the Boardroom.
The program will take place on Thursday, August 17 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Beechmont Country Club in Orange Village, OH.
Discussions will examine:
Evolving Standards of Corporate Governance and Best Practices;
New Executive Compensation Disclosure Rules;
Managing Internal Investigations.
