The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NEOACCA) this month is planning a CLE seminar titled In-House Counsel Professional Liability and Evolving Exposures.
The program will take place on Thursday, June 15 from 8 to 10 a.m. at a northeast Ohio location still to be announced.
Some of the discussion topics include: evolving exposures, directors and officers insurance and coverage, employed lawyers professional liability insurance, emerging issues in electronic discovery, and legal developments and technology trends.
Speakers will be Susan F. Friedman, MARSH USA Inc., and Richard N. Lettieri, Kroll Ontrack.
