What You Didn't Learn in Law School: Business Red Flags and Organizational Behavior is the title of a CLE seminar planned for this month by the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America.
The program will take place on Thursday, November 16 from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Boston University School of Management, 595 Commonwealth Avenue, Fourth Floor, Boston.
Presentation topics will include: Setting the Agenda; Financial Statements: What They Tell Us; Strategic Formulation and Implementations; Managing Work Relationships; Financial State Analysis: Recognizing the Red Flags, and Spotting the Legal Issues.
Among the speakers are Louis Goodman and James C. Freund, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Susan Samuelson, Michael Smith and Melvyn Menezes, Boston University School of Management.
The day-long conference will be followed by a cocktail reception.
