Northeast ACCA Seminar Focus: Meeting The Challenges Of E-Discovery

The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is offering a CLE seminar titled E-Discovery: Successfully Managing Litigation With Today's Technology.

The program will take place on Wednesday, May 10 from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Devine Millimet & Branch, 111 Amherst Street, Manchester, NH.

The program will focus on the unfolding revolution in electronic discovery, including not only the evolving case law on the issue, but also technical pointers, tips to ensure that your company can meet its discovery obligations and avoid the harsh consequences for failing to do so, and examples of the ways in which other companies and outside counsel have met the new challenges resulting from the 21st century digital world.

Speakers will include Ken Nourse, legal consultant, Kroll Ontrack; Dan Will, Devine Millimet, and Gemma Dreher, senior staff attorney, BAE Systems IESI Sector.
