Northeast ACCA Schedules 'What's in Your Stock Plan?'

The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America believes it is time for in-house attorneys to review their firms' equity compensation plans and prepare for option expensing, new institutional investor voting guidelines, more onerous stock exchange listing requirements, and many other recent design and regulatory requirements.

With this in mind, the chapter on Tuesday, February 10 will present a seminar titled What's in Your Stock Plan?

A panel of speakers will review the latest changes, identify the equity compensation plan tools that attorneys are likely to need going forward, and suggest strategies for obtaining shareholder approval of any plan amendments.

These panelists will include Lynette C. Fallon, senior vice president-HR and legal, Axcellis Technologies; Stephane Lebeau, director of Strategic Rewards and Talent Management, Akami Technologies, Inc., Arthur S. Meyers, co-chair of the Employment Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, Palmer & Dodge LLP.

The program will take place from 8:15 to 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Palmer & Dodge LLP, 111 Huntington Avenue at Prudential Center, 20th Floor, Boston. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.

The seminar is free to ACC members.
