The firm of Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Protecting Your Hidden Assets: Patent and Trademark Essentials.
The program will take place on Tuesday, October 18 starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Raritan Valley Country Club, Bridgewater, NJ.
The speakers will be Jeanne M. Hamburg and Davy E. Zoneraich, members of the Norris McLaughlin Intellectual Property Group. Ms. Hamburg will discuss the techniques of trademark selection, use and protection, while Mr. Zoneraich will explore methods of recognizing an invention, protecting and registering a patent, and establishing a trade secret.
