The firm of Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. this month will be hosting a seminar titled Trademark and Copyright From the Corporate Perspective.
The program will take place on Tuesday, September 28 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Raritan Valley Country Club, Bridgewater, NJ.
This seminar is designed to show how to spot and resolve copyright issues early, before they result in exposure for a company, and how to protect company content from theft by others. This practical program also will provide an introduction to all aspects of trademark law that are relevant in today's business environment, as well as basic tools for understanding the importance of trademark rights.
The presenters will be Norris McLaughlin attorneys Bruce S. Londa and Jeanne M. Hamburg, both of whom practice in the firm's New York City office.
