The program, presented in cooperation with the Somerset County (NJ) Business partnership, took place on March 28 at the Raritan Valley Country Club in Bridgewater, NJ.
James H. Laskey, a member of Norris McLaughlin who focuses on administrative and government regulatory law, was the featured speaker. He discussed the new definition of the lobbying law, exemptions and steps to reduce the burdens of the new law, registration and reporting obligations for lobbyists and reporting obligations for those who hire lobbyists.
