NJICLESets 2006 Land Use Institute On May 2 In New Brunswick, NJ

NJICLE, in cooperation with the New Jersey Bar Association Land Use Law Section, Environmental Law Section and Local Government Law Section, will present the 2006 Land Use Institute on Tuesday, May 2. The program will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, NJ.

This timely forum will explore issues in the land use field including wastewater management, the Highlands Master Plan, affordable housing, demographic trends and shifts and how they impact development, costs versus benefits of regulations and redevelopment initiatives.Members of the new administration have been invited to present their plans and discuss the directions in which they plan to take the state.

The Hon.
