NJICLE To Offer '2004 Land Use Update'



Land use law continues to undergo significant changes, and the related regulatory maze continues to grow increasingly complex. To help attorneys deal with these developments, the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) this month will present a seminar titled 2004 Land Use Update.


The program will take place on Wednesday, June 9 from noon to 4 p.m. at the DoubleTree Suites, Fellowship Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ.


The session will address topics such as: recent case law developments, implications of the State Development and Redevelopment Plan, impact of federal fair housing laws, Takings Law update, watershed management/septic update, The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, and legislative and regulatory developments.


The program moderator will be Richard M. Hluchan, Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP. Other speakers will include Barbara A. Casey, Ballard Spahr; Frank J. Petrino, Sterns & Weinroth; Kevin D. Sheehan, Parker, McCay & Criscuolo, and Damon G. Tyner, Fox Rothschild LLP.
