NJICLE Seminar Focuses On Damages In Commercial Litigation

NJICLE, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, will present a Business Law Seminar on Assessing Damages in Commercial Litigation Cases.The program will be held on Thursday, May 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ.

Frederick W. Rose, Cooper, Rose & English, will moderate the panel of experienced litigators and an accountant economist who will discuss various types of commercial damages and review the relevant case law.The major focus of the presentation will be on lost profits litigation, although other types of commercial litigation will also be covered.

Other speakers include Dr. Patrick A. Gaughan, president of Economatrix Research Associates, Inc., and John C. Maloney, Jr., Pitney Hardin, LLP.
