The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) and the New Jersey State Bar Association Environmental Law Committee this month are planning their annual Environmental Law Forum.
The conference will take place from Friday, June 24 to Sunday, June 26 at the Golden Inn Hotel & Resort, Oceanfront at 78th Street, Avalon, NJ. Sessions will run from 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, and from 9 to 11 a.m. on Sunday.
Program topics include Hot Topics in Brownfields, Hot Topics in Environmental Litigation, and Ethical Dilemmas in the Requirement to Disclose.
The conference will include a family barbecue dinner poolside at the Golden Inn on Saturday evening.
