The New Jersey Law Center is hosting a forum on Recent Developments in New Jersey Law on Thursday, July 28. Join colleagues from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center at One Constitution Square in New Brunswick for New Jersey updates. Keeping up to date with the latest developments is critical for practitioners to effectively represent clients but can be time consuming and tedious for busy attorneys.During this program, some of New Jersey's leading authorities will provide insights into developments in various legal fields - from professional malpractice, products liability and fiduciary litigation to labor and employment, use of arbitration and mediation in practice and ethical concerns. Other topics include developments in mortgage foreclosure, courtroom technology, and construction law. Participants will be given a comprehensive handbook to serve as a useful resource.
