The New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) this month is planning a pair of seminars that will focus on issues of particular interest to in-house counsel.
On Tuesday, April 20, NJCCA is offering its Small Law Department Forum, which will provide specific advice on managing small departments. The session, co-sponsored by Axiom Legal, will run from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at a location to be announced.
On Thursday, April 22, NJCCA has scheduled a seminar titled Insurance Coverage. The program will cover financial insurance products that are available on the market, such as directors and officers liability insurance, employment practices liability insurance, fiduciary liability insurance and similar products.
This session, co-sponsored by Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP, will take place from 8 to 11 a.m. at a location to be announced.
