The Labor & Employment Committee and the Environmental Health and Safety Committee of the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) this month are preparing a CLE seminar titled Employee Privacy vs. OSHA.
The program will take place on Thursday, May 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Newark Club, Raymond Boulevard, Newark, NJ.
The focus of the program will be the proper management of employee health information (by EHS, HR, workers' comp administrators, or other corporate personnel) in light of the various laws that create some level of privacy protection for such information and the rights of access the OSHA regulations create for employee illness, injury, and exposure records.
