NJCCA Seminar Will Review M&A Process

Mergers and Acquisitions - What Every In-House Lawyer Needs to Know is the title of a CLE seminar planned for this month by the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA).

The program will take place on Thursday, February 9 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hanover Marriott, Route 10 East, Whippany, NJ.
