NJCCA Seminar Will FocusOn Electronic Evidence Discovery



The Litigation and Commercial Law committees of the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) this month are planning a full-day CLE seminar titled Electronic Evidence Discovery: What You Don't Know Can Hurt You; What You Don't Know You Don't Know Can Hurt Even More.


The program, co-sponsored by Kelly Law Registry, will take place on Tuesday, June 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Madison Hotel, One Convent Road, Morristown, NJ.


Serving as program moderator will be Gardner G. Coursen, vice president and deputy general counsel for litigation, Tyco International (US), Inc. Other speakers will be John Jessen, founder and CEO, Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc., and Ashish Prasad, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw LLP.
