NJCCA Plans VarietyOf Breakout SessionsAt Annual Conference



The New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) has firmed up plans for its Second Annual Conference, a day-long program next month covering a potpourri of topics of interest to corporate lawyers and featuring a luncheon address by New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey.


Seminars are scheduled on Thursday, September 23 from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Headquarters Plaza Hotel, Morristown, NJ. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and a reception will follow the seminars from 5:30 to 8 p.m.


Introductions and welcoming remarks will be delivered by NJCCA President Arthur H. Saiewitz, corporate counsel, Lucent Technologies.


The first track of programs, to run from 9:15 to 10 a.m., will include:

The second track of programs, running from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will include:

The third track of programs, to run from 2:15 to 3:45 p.m., will include:

Personal Financing Planning Throughout Your Life;


Management Skills;


The fourth track of sessions, running from 4 to 5:30 p.m., includes:


Employment Law;


International Investigations - Do's and Don'ts - Recommended Steps to Minimize Litigation Risks - Whistle Blower Issues;


Commercial Law 2004 - Highlights of Statutes, Cases and Trends Impacting In-House Practice.
