Workers' Compensation Judges from across the state of New Jersey will join hundreds of workers' compensation attorneys to present the 19th Annual New Jersey CLE Workers Compensation meeting on Wednesday, December 17.
The program will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. at the Brunswick Hilton, East Brunswick, New Jersey. Included in the conference will be the presentation of the Jack O'Brien Memorial Award.
Topics to be covered at this seminar include the state of the division with questions and answers, handling of uninsured cases and the uninsured list, ethical considerations and trial preparation, and recent legislative developments.

Calderone, Director and Chief Judge, Division of Workers' Compensation in Trenton; the Honorable Diana Ferriero, Supervisory Workers' Compensation Judge; Marie Rose Bloomer, Adelson Testan & Brundo; Valerie L.
