New England Legal FoundationPlans CEO Forum 2005

The current business climate will be the focus of discussions on Wednesday, December 7 as the New England Legal Foundation presents its CEO Forum 2005.

The conference will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Langham Hotel, Post Office Square, Boston. The forum will be followed by a reception and buffet from 7 to 9 p.m.

A panel of speakers will explore common features and seek common solutions to challenges that seem to have no single source. They will discuss notable damage control success as well as failures to determine how to protect innocent bystanders such as 80,000 Arthur Andersen employees worldwide, and how to return companies and clients to productivity for the benefit of shareholders, customers, suppliers and employees as promptly as possible.

The program moderator is Mary Jo White, partner at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Speakers will include David E. Collins, former vice president and general counsel, Johnson & Johnson; Stephen F. Cooper, chairman, Kroll Zolfo Cooper LLC; E. Scott Gilbert, senior vice president and chief compliance officer, Marsh Inc., and William Shea, executive chairman, Royal & Sun Alliance, USA.
