NEOACCA To Offer Seminars On Litigation, International Law

The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (NEOACCA) this month is offering a pair of CLE seminars covering the latest developments on issues of interest to in-house counsel.

On Thursday, August 12, the chapter will present Litigation Developments Every Corporate Counsel Needs to Know.

This program will address significant developments and matters of current interest to corporate lawyers in the following areas: non-competes, trade secrets, product liability law, securities law, and employment litigation.

Speakers at this session will be Joseph A. Castrodale, Frances Floriano Goins and Ronald H. Isroff, Ulmer & Berne LLP.

The program will take place from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at the Beechmont Country Club, 29600 Chagrin Boulevard, Cleveland.

On Thursday, September 23. NEOACCA has planned a session titled International Law - Around the World in 90 Minutes from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at The City Club, 9th and Euclid, Cleveland.
