The Northeast Ohio chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Employment Law Update.
The program will take place on Thursday, May 18 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Eaton Center, 1111 Superior Avenue, Cleveland.
Discussions will focus on noncompete agreements (drafting and enforcement) and trade secrets protection.
Speakers will be Jonathan J. Stark and Kenneth J. Laino, both of Schneider, Smeltz, Ranney & LaFond P.L.L.
