The MidAmerica Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Hiring With Confidence.
The program will take place on Wednesday, May 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 2405 Grand Boulevard, 15th Floor, Kansas City, MO.
The session will examine what every employer should know now about new employment risks. Discussion topics will include objectives for employment risks and fraud, and strategies for FCRA compliance.
The featured speaker will be Jesse N.H. Bacon, vice president and general counsel, Kroll Background Screening Group.
There is no registration fee for the seminar. Sponsors will apply for Missouri and Kansas CLE credits.
