MICPEL and the Maryland State Bar Association Section of Business Law early next month are planning a CLE seminar titled Basic Commercial Drafting.
The program will take place on Wednesday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Ecker Business Training Center, 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, MD.
The session is a comprehensive course presenting the fundamentalsand practical concepts of draftingcommercial documents. Participants will learn the most important elements in representing clients in thoseareas commonly faced by most businesses. Discussions will focus oncommercial leases, deeds of trust,LLC agreements, representations and warranties in acquisition agreements, purchase price and indemnity in acquisition agreements, and real estate contracts.
